Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Service  (only applicable for local order)
1.1 Free delivery service for each order with net spending of HK$1,500 (excluded alcohol products & Holland flowers pre-order).
Free delivery service will be provided for each Alcohol product order with net spending of HK$5,000 or above.

For Holland flowers pre-order and purchase the amount under mentioned above amount an additional will be charged for delivery :
Hong Kong Island HK$150
Kowloon HK$180
New Territories HK$200
Outer Island HK$250

1.2 All expected delivery dates and times are estimates only, and you will receive prior notification from us in relation to actual delivery arrangement once your order and delivery are confirmed. For any orders placed by you for delivery by #HAPi online store, #HAPi shall deliver the Products ordered within one week to the delivery address provided by you, #HAPi shall not be liable for any delays, change of delivery time or non-delivery for causes beyond its control.

1.3 #HAPi shall deliver the Products as listed on a Customer’s "My Shopping Cart" on this Site following the completion of an order. 

1.4 #HAPi (in its sole discretion) will only provide delivery to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The delivery hours shall be between 10:00am to 8:00pm for Monday to Saturday, except for some rural areas. Delivery service will not be provided on Sunday and public holiday. Holland flowers pre-order the delivery hours shell be between 3:00pm to 8:00pm for Thursday and Friday, 10:00am to 2:00pm for Saturday.

1.5 No delivery service shall be available when typhoon signal No.8 or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted, or such other weather condition whereby delivery is considered unsafe by #HAPi. 

1.6 Subject to clause 1.1 above, free delivery service only includes in the first floor. Additional star charge for delivery HKD50 will be applied per floor.

1.7 You shall notify #HAPi promptly via our customer service by sending email to online@hapi-fish.com or by phone at 2811 3213 of any changes to the information provided including delivery address so that we can communicate with you effectively and to deliver the Products to you.

1.8 All deliveries shall be made to the entrance of delivery address which you provided. You are required to sign off on the delivery note as receipt of the delivery (except where you have specifically instructed #HAPi to leave the delivery outside the door, and you acknowledged that such delivery shall be at your own risk). You shall ensure that a person who is authorized to receive the order is present at the specified time of delivery to receive the order and sign off the delivery note. If no person is present, the delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time agreed. In such circumstances, #HAPi reserves the right to charge you an extra delivery fee.

1.9 #HAPi reserves the right to decline delivery of the Products to any Customers at its sole discretion absolutely.

1.10 In case of any dispute, the decision of #HAPi is final and binding.

2. CLICK AND COLLECT Order
2.1 All expected pick-up dates and times are estimates only, and you will receive prior notification from us in relation to actual pick-up arrangement once your order and pick-up request are confirmed. #HAPi shall not be liable for any delays for causes beyond its control.

2.2 #HAPi shall prepare Products as listed on a Customer’s "My Shopping Cart" on this Site following the completion of an order. The Customer is required to include all purchase items (including free gifts and redemption items, if any) in the shopping cart when placing the order.

2.3 The pick-up time shall fall between the opening hours of the selected pick-up location.

2.4 No pick-up services shall be available on the 1st day of Chinese New Year, and when typhoon signal No.8 or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted, or such other weather condition whereby store operation is considered unsafe, without any prior notice.

2.5 Order pick-up must be made within 7 days after receiving the pick-up notice (via SMS or e-mail); otherwise, order will be returned and discarded.

2.6 The Customer shall present the pick-up notice (via SMS or e-mail) at the selected pick-up location for order pick-up, and signed off the receipt with indication of pick-up time. #HAPi may need further information to verify the identity of the Customer (such as information of the Customer’s User Account). Otherwise, #HAPi reserves the right to decline any Customers from picking-up the Products at its sole discretion absolutely.

2.7 Free product pick up services for all online orders.

3. International Order

3.1 We can now provide international delivery. Delivery charge will be charged on each shipment for different countries.

3.2 For delivery to the rest of the world please allow 7-14 working days. Please understand your order may be delayed due to factors outside of our control i.e. customs clearance procedures, extreme weather, long holiday etc. 

3.3 #Hapi are not responsible for any customs, tariffs and VAT charged by different countries. Customer are subjected to these charges. The parcel may not be delivered if customer refused to pay the above charges.
